Ō-Yoroi Display Model — Complete Armor on Tiered Stand

The full suit rather than the helmet alone: cuirass, laced skirt panels, broad shoulder guards, arm and shin protection, helmet and face mask, all assembled on a tiered display stand with a folding screen behind it.

This is the format Japanese households use for the May display, and it is the most complete version of it. The ō-yoroi silhouette — box-like body, wide shoulder guards, layered skirt — is the ceremonial one, distinct from the tighter battlefield armor of the Sengoku period.

Finished in red and gold with gilt fittings throughout.
